Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arcana Destiny Matrix mobile application (the "Service") operated by PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (and may be managed via our subscription partner's SDK). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing period unless you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are handled according to the applicable store's rules.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you where required by law or store policies.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Free users may access limited features.
4. AI-generated content
Important: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, chat responses, tarot-related text, daily insights, daily goals, and similar outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate;
- Matrix analyses, tarot readings, and interpretations are for entertainment and informational purposes only;
- AI-generated content does not constitute professional psychological, medical, therapeutic, or any other form of professional advice;
- You should not rely on AI-generated content for making health, mental health, or other important life decisions; and
- If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
5. User content
5.1 Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including sending portions of it to third-party AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Content standards
Third-party AI providers may apply their own usage policies and technical safeguards. We may refuse, remove, or stop processing User Content that we believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We do not represent that the app runs a separate automated moderation step on every input before it reaches an AI provider; your use remains subject to this section and provider terms.
5.3 Prohibited content
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Exploits or harms minors in any way;
- Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or bypass our systems or third-party AI systems; or
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any content at our sole discretion where permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix and its licensors. AI-generated content (analyses and similar outputs) created through the Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix.
PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any such third-party content or services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to stop using the Service, you may discontinue use and uninstall the app. Account deletion options may be offered in the app or by contacting us.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable; or (c) any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PUUR Business / Arcana Destiny Matrix, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting notice within the app or on our website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
